Fees January -December: AS PER RULES AND REGULATIONS – payable for 12 months. Curriculum Fee must be paid before the child can start. Notice must be supplied in writing. This is not applicable after 1 October – please see Rules and Regulations for detailed information

Declare that I understand the content of the above mentioned document and that all information supplied is correct and accurate.

I undertake to pay the above mentioned fees punctually and accept that, should I breach this agreement, I will be held liable for any costs incurred by the owner of the school, as well as legal fees occurred in the process.

I agree to give one (1) calendar month’s written notice between January and September before the 15th of the month for the following month, and four (4) calendar month’s notice if notice is tendered between 31 October & 31 January.

I understand that the last notice date for the year is 31 October, and if notice is given after such date, I will be held liable for the full school fees for the remainder of such year.

I agree to pay school fees for 12 (months) of the year, including DECEMBER.

I agree and know that we as parents/ legal guardians are responsible for all registration processes at the Department of Education (7-15 year olds).

Hereby give permission that the abovementioned child may participate in all activities at AIM Edu Centre.

I hereby indemnify AIM Edu Centre and the owner MADELEIN JACOBS, executors or family, and any of the staff employed, or acting upon instruction sustained by my child whilst being in their care of AIM Edu Centre from any claim rising out of any accident or injury.

I hereby confirm that I have disclosed all relevant information pertaining to my child’s medical condition.

I am better able to help your child when you inform me of situations and/or events that might influence his/her overall behaviour such as:

Divorce. Separation from a relative or friend. Death of a relative or friend.

Knowing about these transitional times allows me to give special attention, understanding, and care.

The information you give me will remain confidential. Has anything happened recently in your child’s life that might have an effect on her/him? (death in the family, divorce, new sibling etc.)
